Announcement of the Presidency of the IBGE

The IBGE´s Presidency congratulates those included in the list of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) for accomplishing one more step of the Unified National Public Tender (CPNU) towards filling the staff establishment plan of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics.
The IBGE is proud to participate in the first unified public tender in Brazil, as well to work in every step of its organization.
IBGE´s supply of positions
The IBGE offered 895 positions in seven out of eight CPNU blocks.
The selection of their allocation was concluded with 760 candidates assigned.
For the IBGE, the list with 760 appointed persons is a conquest, since it is the biggest number of persons approved in a public tender, an early gift for the IBGE´s 90 years celebration in 2026.
Lastly, we register that the IBGE waits for the end of this step to proceed to a second call of selected persons, as well as to claim a percentage of more 25% to 50%.
The IBGE is looking forward to hosting them in a unique moment for the Institute and for these future officers.
